Do I Receive A Physical Product?

No! A good majority if not all of the products listed on DanielYuck.com are 100% digital download only. This means after purchase you gain instant access to your digital downloads. NO shipping is required to complete the purchases.
In the event that shipping is required for specific products, you will be prompted to input your shipping info upon check out.
How Many Types Of Digital Leases Are Available?

There is currently 2 different types of leases.
In short 1 lease gives root access to transparent files that allows the user to utilize within the User Usage Agreements.
The other lease type allows the creator to gain access to the Procreate Session to further manipulate the art to the creators liking to encourage original works of art.
Digital Limited Lease– This lease allows the user to utilize the digital goods anyway within their artistic workflow while abiding by the User Usage Terms & Conditions. This lease holder does not own or hold any rights.
Digital Limited Creator Lease– This lease allows the user to load up the intellectual properties for further manipulation to create an original work of art. This lease holder does not own or hold any rights.
All leases are limited digital leases that are automatically applied to each account upon purchase.
Will Someone Else Be Able To Use The Same Design?
Great Question!
Yes! My designs are open for anyone to purchase a lease. Here is the thing not 1 tattoo artist tattoos or will tattoo the same at all in any way, shape, or form.
What this means is the final result will always have variances because of the tattoo artist that did the tattoo. Some that get the designs may have just lines, another person went to an artist that incorporated dot work. Another artist choose to add shading, you can get the idea. Placement also impacts the final read of the tattoo. So even if 1,000 people purchased the same design the chances of the tattoos looking exactly the same is slim to none.
The tattoo artist of choice may add and change the original design to make it more custom and to your liking but please note that the artist does not hold a lease, the original purchaser holds the lease.

When purchasing digital good or goods from DanielYuck.com every digital good purchase automatically includes a limited digital lease or digital creator lease which grants you utilization access to the files or file downloads instantly after purchase. Not only are you granted access to instant downloads after purchase you are also obtaining a digital limited lease which allows you as the user, utilization abilities of the purchased digital goods that are stated within this agreement below.
PLEASE NOTE: Depending on the digital good you purchase will determine what lease type is granted to you. User utilization abilities will vary based on the lease type purchased, products determine lease types.

Lease Stipulations & Restrictions
The digital limited lease is limited with restrictions. The restrictions that are in enforced are listed below. Upon purchasing the user automatically agrees to the User Usage Terms & Conditions.
- User may not post, send, re-send, upload, re-upload, share for any type for personal gain.
- User may not create a derivative for any type of personal gain.
- User may not share digital limited leases as the leases are 1 lease per 1 user.
- User may not upload or re-upload to any website or social media platform.
- User may not manipulate and re-distribute in any way.
- User must avoid any and all types of distribution and re-distribution.
- User may not submit designs into any sort of prize contest’s, raffles, or competitions.
A good rule of thumb and a healthy practice is to simply not practice any sort of re-distribution, as this is how I pay for my family and myself’s well being. I encourage you to please stay away from the listed stipulations listed above as it truly does help my family and I. The support means a lot to us.

If you are wanting to download digital designs to help you get inspired to create original artworks of your own, you will need to purchase the appropriate digital lease which would be listed under the Procreate Sessions section.
PLEASE NOTE: Only Procreate Session leases allow the user to manipulate the designs by granting the user access to the original Procreate Session. This allows the user to load up the intellectual properties for further manipulation to create an original work of art.
Ownership & Violations
There is no lease available on DanielYuck.com which grants or will grant any intellectual rights or ownership to a lease holder. The original creator holds and reserves 100% rights to all of the intellectual content purchased on DanielYuck.com
User’s found in violation of the User Usage Terms & Conditions will be subject to permanent ban & removal of user account. When deemed necessary legal action will be pursued to resolve and obtain compensation that are in direct violation of the User Usage Terms & Conditions.
