We take privacy seriously, but more importantly, we take our relationship with you seriously.
What Does it Mean to “Sell” “Personal Information” Under the CCPA?
The CCPA broadens the definition of “sale” and “personal information” beyond how you might commonly interpret those terms.
Under the CCPA, “personal information” includes information that is not necessarily directly tied to an individual’s identity but may be associated with a device. This includes identifiers such as IP addresses, web cookies, web beacons, and mobile AdIDs. In many cases, this type of information is not associated with you, but they are unique identifiers that could be. Similarly, the term “sell” is defined to include not just selling in exchange for money, but also sharing or transferring personal information (including information that does not directly identify an individual as described above) in exchange for anything of value, which is not limited to the exchange of money. Certain things are not considered “sales,” including when (1) personal information is shared with a service provider that is contractually prohibited from using the personal information for any purpose beyond the service specifically requested (“service provider exception”), or (2) when the consumer has directed a company to disclose the personal information (“consumer directed exception”).
If you’d like to request that your information not be sold please visit our cookie section below.

The plug-in transmits any actions you perform via the plug-in, e.g. pressing the “Like”-Button, directly on to Facebook, and these data will be stored there. We utilize emails and analytics collected to target and run facebook promotional ads.
For the purpose and scope of data collection and further processing and use of data by Facebook, and your rights and settings taken to protect your privacy, please see the respective privacy notices from Facebook.

Who We Are?
Our website address is: https://danielyuck.com .
My name is Daniel Yuck. I was born and raised in Texas. Growing up I was always into graffiti which I feel is contributing and will contribute to my tattoo work and style I’m growing into. The first time that I ever held a tattoo machine was on April, 13 2020. The amount of knowledge I have learned, and am learning in that amount of time is unreal. Before I picked up a tattoo machine to practice on fake skin I did my studies for 3-4 months on cross contamination, needle depth, where the ink goes, styles of machines, different needles. The rest was history. My channel or social media’s are not to encourage unsafe practices of any kind. My goal is to share, learn and grow upon my journey. Please practice safely. We will also share an array of different types of content on our other Youtube channels! Check them out using the links below.
